A Tamil film recommended to watch PM Modi

Saivam directed by director Vijay rose to limelight with its two National Awards, one for Na Muthukumar’s lyrics and the other for Best Female singer for Uthara Unnikrishnan.

One more feather to its already decorated cap is that the film was much appreciated by Maneka Gandhi, Cabinet Minister for Women and Child Development. She is also an active animal rights activist and a serious propagator of vegetarianism.

Director Vijay said, “Yes, it is true that the minister saw the film and liked it a lot and has recommended it for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s viewing.

I should first thank Amala Akkineni and Chinni Krishna, the founder of Blue Cross who saw the film and liked it a lot. Amala Ma’am, further sent the film to Maneka Ma’am. She also liked it.

I am very happy about the positive vibes for Saivam. My thanks are due to Amala Ma’am and Chinni Krishna sir, because of whom the film could go to that level. My part is less in this”.

This is a perfect example of a good film reaching greater heights. Congrats Team Saivam!
