Apple is getting ready for its next launch

We have heard enough about 4K and Apple has even managed to release a display with 5K resolution, now reports from LG are hinting that Apple might come out with a 8K iMac later this year.

As per reports by LG, Apple will release a much higher-resolution display by the end of 2015. And 8K seems to be the next resolution-benchmark manufactured by Apple.

“Apple has also announced that they will release the ‘iMac 8K’ with a super-high resolution display later this year,” the information release published by LG.

8K (7,680 x 4,320) is huge considering that the 4k market has not really caught up but an option to upgrade to such high resolution displays is always welcome.

We cannot trust the report completely because it is not coming from Apple itself and its quite weird that LG has come out with such news. Since LG came out with the news first, we can expect a collaboration between the two tech giants.

Apple had released the 5K iMac in October last year and is one of the highest resolution displays in the market. It will be quite unusual if Apple releases such a quick update to the previous iMac but Apple has always surprised its fans with untimely releases.
