Eiway publication
Editorial Policy
The publishing standard behind Eiway guides, reviews, comparisons, and corrections.
Eiway publishes practical guides for site owners, publishers, and small online businesses.
Standards
Eiway articles should be useful, specific, and based on practical implementation. A publishable guide should include at least one proof element such as screenshots, settings, examples, checklists, templates, before-and-after notes, or original comparison tables.
Reviews and Comparisons
Product comparisons should explain who each option is for, where it is weak, and what assumptions affect the recommendation. Affiliate relationships should not decide the recommendation.
Corrections
When a factual or technical issue is found, Eiway should update the article and preserve the reader's ability to understand what changed.
To send a correction, email [contact@eiway.com](mailto:contact@eiway.com) with the page URL and the issue you found.
How Guides Are Created
Eiway guide topics are selected from site-owner problems that connect to WordPress cleanup, Search Console and indexing, AdSense readiness, site audits, affiliate operations, commerce setup, and small-business publishing operations. A good article should help the reader make a decision or complete a check without needing to buy a service first.
Evidence Standard
Useful Eiway content should include concrete steps, comparison criteria, checklists, public-page examples, settings to verify, failure modes, or a clear audit method. When screenshots or examples are used, they should be original, licensed, genericized, or drawn from Eiway-owned work. Eiway does not use fake client results, fabricated testimonials, fake analytics, or invented case-study outcomes.
AI And Editing Standard
AI may help structure drafts, but pages should be reviewed for accuracy, specificity, usefulness, and unsupported claims before publication. Generic summaries, repeated filler, and advice that cannot be verified are not enough for Eiway’s publishing standard.
Review And Correction Process
Guides should be revisited when tools, platform policies, pricing, WordPress behavior, or Google documentation changes. Corrections should favor reader clarity: what was wrong, what changed, and what the reader should check now. Product pages and affiliate-related pages should separate editorial judgment from any commercial relationship.
What Gets De-Emphasized
Eiway should de-emphasize pages that cannot provide practical reader value, pages that repeat the same advice with only minor wording changes, and pages that exist only to move a visitor into a service form. A useful page should stand on its own before it supports a service path.
When a topic involves tools, hosting, affiliate links, or monetization, the article should make the reader’s decision criteria visible. Price, support, lock-in, performance impact, disclosure needs, and maintenance burden matter more than broad best-tool language.
