What to send after payment

Email the minimum details to audit@eiway.com so Eiway can start the audit review.

  • Website URL.
  • Main issue you want reviewed.
  • Best contact email.
  • Whether WordPress access can be provided later if needed.
  • Whether Search Console access can be provided later if needed.
  • AdSense status, if relevant.
  • Any public pages you are especially concerned about.

Do not send sensitive information

  • Do not email passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private tokens, payment details, or server credentials.
  • If read-only access is useful, Eiway will request it separately after scope is confirmed.
  • The audit starts with public-site review first.

What happens next

  1. Eiway confirms the audit request and scope.
  2. Public website cleanup review begins.
  3. Optional read-only access may be requested if it is needed for Search Console or analytics review.
  4. Eiway delivers the Site Clarity Report in the agreed 3 to 5 business day window.

Access Boundaries

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private tokens, billing details, or server credentials. The audit can begin with a public-site review. If optional read-only access would improve the diagnosis, Eiway will request it separately and explain why.

Delivery Expectation

The Site Clarity Audit is designed to produce a prioritized report in 3 to 5 business days after payment and intake details are complete. The report explains visible findings, why they matter, and which fixes should be considered first. It does not promise approval, rankings, traffic, revenue, leads, or implementation work.

How To Make The Intake Useful

Good intake notes help Eiway separate symptoms from causes. For example, “AdSense says low value content” is useful, but it is even better to include which pages you believe are strongest, whether the Library or blog is indexed, and whether the concern is thin pages, trust pages, navigation, or unfinished WordPress cleanup.

For Search Console issues, describe what you see in plain language: submitted but not indexed, discovered but not indexed, crawled but not indexed, duplicate without user-selected canonical, or sitemap uncertainty. Do not export private reports unless Eiway asks for them after scope is confirmed.
